✓ read at source  Raw Entertainment B.V. — Curaçao company registration 157205 — is the company Roobet.com names as its operator. We read that line in Roobet's own rendered footer on 3 August 2026, then found the same licence number and the same registration number in the Curaçao Gaming Authority's public licence register. Two independent places, one string: that is the strongest verification tier this site issues.

What Roobet.com prints today

Read on 3 August 2026 at 12:21 UTC. Roobet serves a JavaScript shell, so the raw HTML contains no footer at all — we rendered the page in a headless browser to see the text a player sees:

"Roobet.com is a brand name of Raw Entertainment B.V, Reg No 157205, having its registered address at Korporaalweg 10, Curacao, licensed to conduct online gaming operations by the Government of Curacao under license OGL/2024/687/0427. Raw Entertainment Ltd, Reg No HE421735, having its registered address at Voukourestiou, 25, Neptune House, 1st Floor, Flat/Office11, Zakaki, 3045, Limassol, Cyprus is a company of the Roobet group that acts as a paying and operational agent on behalf of Raw Entertainment B.V."

Note the two-company structure, because it trips people up. The licensee is the Curaçao B.V.; the Cyprus Ltd is described as a paying and operational agent. They are different companies with different registration numbers, and only the B.V. appears in the gaming register. A third form — "Raw Entertainment N.V." — is what several directories print. It is a typo: the footer and the register both say B.V.

The licence, checked in the register itself

Curaçao publishes its online gaming licences as a downloadable register. In the edition dated 29 July 2026, row 557 reads:

An earlier capture of the same register, from 9 September 2024, carried the same licence with different dates: issued 31 July 2024, expiring 31 July 2025. The licence is not in the 1 July 2024 edition at all. So the entry first appeared in the summer of 2024 and was later re-dated under the indefinite-term regime — the licence itself is continuous, the paperwork around it changed. We also read the Curaçao enforcement register dated 10 July 2026: neither the company name nor registration 157205 appears in it.

Before Raw Entertainment there was TekHou5 Limited

Roobet did not start on a Curaçao licence. Archived copies of the site's own JavaScript bundles — the file that renders the footer text — let us date the handover to within one week:

So the operating company changed between 10 and 17 June 2021: a Belize company on a Gaming Curaçao sub-licence was replaced by a Curaçao B.V. on a master-licence number. The Cyprus arm changed with it — the 2021 wording named Hou5Game Limited (HE 391142, Nicosia) as a "wholly owned subsidiary"; from 1 July 2021 it is Raw Entertainment Limited (HE421735, Limassol), and today's wording has softened from "wholly owned subsidiary" to "a company of the Roobet group". We cannot date that last change: since 2023 the footer string lives in a lazily loaded translation file that the Internet Archive never captured.

Why the old licence chain matters if you read it somewhere

Plenty of pages still describe Roobet with the Belize-era wording. That chain no longer exists. The Gaming Curaçao validator that served those sub-licence seals now returns a single notice: "Gaming Curacao has ceased operations as of August 18th 2024 … all active sub-licenses issued by Gaming Curacao under Gaming Services Provider N.V. One observation we will not over-read: the Antillephone seal script that sat in Roobet's HTML in the 2022, 2023 and 2024 captures is absent from the 2025 and 2026 captures and from the live page, and today's footer carries no clickable licence validator. That is consistent with the move to the new Curaçao regime, where verification happens in the published register rather than through a seal — which is exactly where we checked it. We are not treating a missing seal as a finding about the operator.

Which brands belong to Raw Entertainment B.V.

One, as far as we can prove: Roobet.com. That is a deliberately short list.

The Curaçao register lists licensees, not domains, so it cannot confirm a brand list either — the only public link between a company and a brand is the line the brand prints about itself. Where a casino blocks us, we say "not read" instead of copying a directory's list.
