✓ established Rollbit is an established GambleFi brand, not a flagged clone or a re-skin of a known-bad operator. Its token and on-chain features raise their own questions, but on provenance it reads as a recognised brand whose operating details we are still confirming against the live site.
"Is Rollbit a clone, and who is behind it?" is a reasonable thing to ask of any brand that wears a token and a familiar name, because both are easy for a copycat to borrow. Our short answer is that the brand itself is recognised rather than freshly minted: it has a multi-year track record and a documented trademark, which is not the profile of a disguised re-skin. The detail still worth pinning down is the operating company and licence as they read on the site today, and that is the part we mark as verifying below.

The operating entity the public record associates with the brand is Bull Gaming N.V., a Curaçao company (registration 157086). That attribution is well corroborated rather than a guess: the ROLLBIT trademark filing names Bull Gaming N.V. as the applicant, which ties the brand to a named legal entity rather than to a blank or a brand-only footer. On licensing, the record points to a Curaçao licence, OGL/2024/1260/0494, the kind issued under the island's current framework.
We flag both of these as verifying rather than confirmed. The reason is specific: we have not yet read them off the live footer and Terms ourselves, because the site returned a 403 to our checks. So the entity and licence number are drawn from public sources that line up well, but they have not been confirmed against the operator's own pages on the day of writing, which is the standard we hold a "confirmed" label to.
What we checked, and what's pending
The gap here is narrow and worth stating plainly, because it is the difference between a citation and a first-hand read:
- Operating company. Bull Gaming N.V. is well supported by the trademark filing, but the footer-and-Terms read is pending the 403.
- Licence on the register. The Curaçao number is on record; the step that turns it from a claim into a verified fact is matching the certificate's listed domain to the URL you actually land on.
